The Blogger Bag?
I subscribe to a ton of blogs, as you can see by a select few listed on my link farm. One such blog is the Yahoo! Shopping Blog where they post interesting products listed at Yahoo! Shopping every now and then. The latest entry they posted about is a computer bag made specifically for a blogger. Yea, a blogger bag.
Timbuk2's newest computer bag "the Blogger" is a vertical shoulder bag featuring ballistic nylon exterior, classic Timbuk2 three-panel design and a built-in padded laptop compartment (fits 15" laptop). Two exterior pockets and rubberized bottom keep contents protected at all times. Padded shoulder strap adds comfort and convenience.
Features Listed specifically for bloggers?
- Exterior zip pocket with secured organizer pockets, ticket pass holder, cell phone pocket and key ring tether
- Main compartment with MP3 pocket
- Built in padded laptop compartment
- Padded handle
- Quick-adjust cam shoulder strap
It seems like this bag would fit my current 15" PowerBook and I am sure my new MacBook Pro. I currently use a bag from Lands End that I have personalized with rustybrick.com on the front flap. Wonder if this "blogger bag" would be more useful and helpful to me???
I most likely would buy this blogger back, if I could personalize it as well.
Here are images of the outside and inside of this blogger bag.
Prices start at $80, find more at Yahoo! Shopping.
I am still getting over that a company designed a bag specifically for a blogger. I am also still trying to figure out why this bag is not for a computer geek, as opposed to a blogger?
Blogger bag features I would like to see added include:
- External battery pack
- Wireless mobile router
- External keyboard attachment
- Really quick access to the computer
- Digital Camera easy access pocket
Gets me thinking... The RustyBlogger Bag... :)
