Honestly, one of the worst parts of blogging so much is all the press releases I get. I honestly can not stand them. It is unsolicited. Who said I want them? If you are news worthy, trust me, I will find it and blog it.
Some are tactful. They ask if they can send me emails about news from company ABC.
Some are not. They just keep sending unsolicited releases to my inbox.
It honestly drives me nuts.
- I do not write professionally.
- I do not consider myself an news writer
- I do not do this full time
- I do not have time for the releases
- I do not care to read 95% of those releases
- I do enjoy blogging
- I do enjoy discovering news as opposed to being feed it
- I do enjoy expanding or recapping other stories
- I do NOT want your releases!
It honestly drives me nuts. I am sorry for being so blunt. Maybe I am just a bit stressed right now. :) Don't you just love that picture? Flickr rocks!
