I feel like I sold out. :) This is the first time I repeated everything that I wrote at the Search Engine Roundtable, over at the Search Engine Watch Blog. I honestly told Danny that I feel weird doing that, but he said that this is all we got to blog. So I did it.

So what happened? Can you believe that Live.com is not passing referral data anymore? Oh, and Google's AdWords is dropping the top sponsored ads if it determines that the user does not want to see them, which is pretty cool. Google added editable tabs to the Google personalized home page. Google's Adam Lasnik haiku'ed his way to telling people not to buy links. Finally, Google's blogger was down for over an hour this morning.

Search Engine Roundtable Topics:

  1. Google Personalized Home Page Adds Custom Tabs - useful
  2. Google's Blogger Blogspot Down For More Than One Hour - kidding me?
  3. Live.com Is Not Passing Referer Information - shocking but true!
  4. Google Testing Removing Top Blue Ads Based on User Behavior - very neat
  5. Google's Adam Lasnik Knocks on Paid Links - some good comments here

Search Engine Watch Topics:

  1. Windows Live Hot? You Won't Know Since Referer Data Is Stripped - repeat
  2. Google Adds Tabs To Personalized Home Page - repeat
  3. See Ads? Now You Don't! Google AdWords Rotating Out Top Sponsored Links - repeat

Good weekend all!
