IE7, Google Optimizer, TiVo Yahoo, GOOG, Israel, ContentAds, Click Fraud ↓, UPI PR, Pizzella, Book Legality
The big news today is that Microsoft released Internet Explorer 7 early, yipeee (mocking, I am a mac user). Outside of that, the news was pretty so so. Google released a tool that enables AdWords advertisers easily do multivariate ad testing. On the search side, Google released new features to Sitemaps. Google is setting up an R&D office in Tel Aviv, to compliment their Haifa office in Israel. Google Enterprise hired FirstGov's web guru, Pizzella. A judge consolidated two cases against Google to make it more efficient to sue Google Book Search. And do you own GOOG stock? Ok, so most the day was Google news, but what else? I looked at more discussion on Yahoo!'s TiVo partnership, kinda scary stuff. Microsoft is accepting applications for Content Ads invites. Finally, the Click Fraud Index (for what it is worth) claimed click fraud has gotten better.
