10News.com reports that the Willett Elementary School's principle Mrs. Heppe has banned playing tag at recess at the school. This includes not being able to play touch football! I guess kids have to resort to virtual football on their playstations and such.
The school is afraid of getting sued by the parents if a kid gets injured.
Ok, so now who is to blame here?

Whose to blame? All three. The lawyers for making suing so easy (No Win No Fee kind of stuff), the parents for thinking about suing in the first place and the school for banning the kids from playing tag. Of the three I have some sympathy for the school.
