Holidays, Keywords, AdSense, adCenter, Panama, Large vs. Small, Quaero, Yahoo China, Chunghwa, Dup That, & Ideas
First I wrote about a theory on large sites versus smaller sites. I then reported on a method to do dynamic keyword insertion into Yahoo!'s Panama. Microsoft's adCenter is having delays in their reporting engine. I said, if the search engines don't feel you have a duplicate content issue, don't fix one. AdWords normalizes your CTR for the quality score. Google changes the AdSense feedback and violations form. Yahoo! sent out holiday shwag. We opened up suggestions for improvements to the Search Engine Roundtable. Germany left Quaero to France and started Theseus. Yahoo China won the court case against Qihoo. Taiwan's Chunghwa signed a mobile deal with Google. I looked at reasons why Google may have dropped the SOAP API. Finally, Google is sporting AdWords holiday decorations.
