gary-price-prime.jpgOver the years in the search industry, I have met a lot of people. One person I consider myself very lucky to know is Gary Price. As many of you know, Gary Price stepped down as News Editor at Search Engine Watch and I did my best to come in to fill a bit of that role (more on that here). Gary began working at at Ask.com to make search better and he is doing a great job.

In any event, I consider very lucky to have such a close relationship with Gary. It is a true honor to be able to talk to him on a daily basis. Exchange ideas, discuss search trends and talk personal stuff.

I was shocked to find out that Gary bought Yisha and myself a Chanukah gift. Yes, Gary is also Jewish, just not orthodox, but very traditional and knows a heck of a lot about orthodoxy. Gary got us a nice gift certificate to one of my favorite restaurants in NYC, the Prime Grill.

Gary - thank you for such a great gift and thanks for being a great friend!
