Hi, This plate could be old Roman with bad spelling.. Might have read SPQR OOT
Roman numerals might have had a T for Chariot plates)These may have been used for "Trainee" drivers, similar to the P for Provisional or L for Learner drivers in Australia.

Hi,this is definately a Roman chariot plate that was once owned by that famous Roman slave, Brian. He always was looking out on the "bright side of life". He was also best friends with bigesdickus.
P plates over here are now known for "Pushy" drivers,especially young women who are likely to flip the bird.
