When I was uploading the picture to Flickr for my Wild Wild Wheelchair Ride at 50 MPH, I noticed that Flickr automatically added a title, description and tags to the image for me.
I took the picture from the Washinton Post article. So I assume, it was able to recognize the image as a duplicate to other images like in on Flickr. It then offered me a prefilled title, description and tags for the image. I never saw this before.
Don't believe me. I repeated the action and took a video of it.
I even tried changing the file name and it still worked. Pretty cool.
Anyone know of Flickr documentation on this feature?

Cool discovery! My Guess is that only images from "trusted" sites are analyzed and "indexed" with title, description etc. I will keep my eyes open for other images that auto completes info...
