Typically, I am the type of guy that wakes up minutes before the alarm goes off.
But this week, I did not once wake up before the alarm went off.
I am getting a bit concerned.
What is different from this week as compared to last week? It is not like it is darker in the morning. It is also not like we had a time change. I didn't do any traveling. Haven't really been staying up any later.
What is going on?! :)

i think your mind knows that u can still sleep for the extra few minutes so u do sleep
maybe move ur clock up a few min and then u will still wake up before the clock usually would go off

You clearly got a way with sleeping in before and so your body/mind discovered it can safely grab this extra sleep time!
Either that or a change of diet?

Funny you mention that. Today was the first day in a very long time when the alarm didn't wake me up at 6:30. Instead I didn't get out of bed until 8:10.... weird.
