Part of the Monsey Condo Selling also involves looking for a new home.

So Sunday, my wife and I went with our realtor to look at homes. We looked in a few different communities within the area we were looking and found one place we really like.

I actually wrote up a lot about the house and decided not to post it.

Bottom line... If I sold my condo today, I would most likely make an offer on this house.

But no sense in wishful thinking until I am in a real position to buy.

So why look now? I am told we need to get our house hunting feet wet.
