MailRemember how I recently had my mailbox installed?

So I decided to make sure the mailbox worked.

I mailed myself a letter from my office to the new mailbox. Yesterday, I drove by to check on things and my letter was waiting for me, in the mailbox.

So I guess it worked.

My wife finds it weird that I made out the letter to myself. She felt it was like an inside joke, but an inside joke that I only got. I.e. a joke that only I personally would laugh about.

I said that is the point. It is even funnier that it is an inside but inside joke!

I guess I have a weird sense of humor, but it made me smirk and plus it showed me that the mailbox does work. ;-)
