There is this company that is receiving some buzz named GoodBarry. They basically offers a hosted solution for website creation, lead management, email marketing, online shopping, blogging, and business analytics.
What is with the colors and naming it Barry? Those are my colors, that is my name!
The about page says:
Who is this Barry guy?Barry is the customer support "alter ego" of our CEO Bardia Housman. Bardia's a customer focussed kinda-guy, so he always liked to get his hands dirty and help out with the customer support and software development - but he'd always sign off as Barry.
Why’d you call yourselves GoodBarry?
As CEO, software developer and customer support rep you can imagine that "Barry" had the powers to grant a lot of our customers' wishes. As the resident online business genie, Barry quickly become loved and known for his quick responses and willingness to help.
This is both cool and a bit worrisome to me.

The problem with paranoia is sometimes they really are out to get you... if CorrodedBrick.com gets developed then you should worry.

Or if "Cartoon Bardia Blog" suddenly emerges. Somehow I don't think they're snagging your brand simply because "GoodBardia" wouldn't really make sense to most. Looks like a cool idea. I signed up for an invite.

Barry;
This guy is taking our name in vain.
While imitation may be the highest form of flattery, a good copyright lawyer is better

Hi Barry!
It's cool that you found us! Love the little cartoon guy you've got going up the top there.
Hey don't you think brown is just such a comfortable, warm color? We all really like coffee and chocolates over here, so you know... must be that great minds think a like =)
I hope you signed up for an invite!
Cheers,
Brett
