Moving typically requires a moving company. I was terrified of moving companies. I know so many people who got ripped off by these companies. They load up the trucks, and then seize your property until you are willing to pay up money well above the estimated price. Then they damage your stuff and it is a legal battle to get reimbursed. I finally found someone who had great things to say about his movers.

He recommended a moving company named Santi Express, so I called, scheduled an appointment. The owner came over, she knew the neighborhood well, living in it herself, and gave us a fixed price in person. Fixed price! She then spent the time to go over every step of the process and what to expect. I was well prepared for the move when it came time for that big day.

They sent over four men to do the move. One was the manager, I think, and he led the way. They were extremely organized, professional, courteous and detailed. The process was relatively quick and I would say even a bit enjoyable, believe it or not. Nothing was damaged, no walls were bruised, in fact, I think my wall unit was put together better than the original installation!

So overall, I am happy with Santi Express, very happy. I would personally recommend them, if you are moving.
