I LOVE it! That was pretty cool. Pretty much sums up the manic nature of online social media and Internet marketing.

Not only is this video funny, she's found a creative way to bridge social networking life with Internet "addiction." Her narrating touches on typical signs of addiction like escaping from real life by spending too much time online, consciously trying to cut back on her use, feelings of withdrawal as she can't stop thinking about getting back online, and ultimately relapsing and getting back into the swing of things by talking about how she can't get back into the swing of things! Hilarious! Is social networking making addicts out of millions of users (not to mention Internet marketers...)?

This pretty much sums up the life cycle of an internet addict. It is important to create a balance. When you realize it is Wednesday and you still haven't showered it is time to kick the plug out of the wall and get some fresh air.
