I was strongly considering waking up later. Well, today was the first day of that trial. I woke up about 12 minutes later then I normally do.
I did the morning stuff, which now includes squinting a few times and rubbing my eyes. Then checking email, then going through morning feeds and then doing the morning bathroom routine.
I left the house 15 or so minutes later then I normally do and went to a later morning services. So my whole day is about 15 minutes lagged due to waking up ~15 minutes later.
I will try to stick to this routine for a bit and see how it goes. If all goes well, then maybe Ill go to the next level. But probably not for a while.
