Kick Heater Finally Giving Off Heat
About a year ago, I told you about Installing a Twin Flow III K120 Kick Space Heater Under Kitchen Cabinet.
So then in May, yea, 5 months later, they came to install it. First the plumber came and then the electrician came. I thought I was set!
Of course, when I asked both the plumber and the electrician if it will work, should we test it (it was warm outside, so the heat was off), they said, it will work as long as the other guy did his job.
Comes winter and it does not work. So finally get the plumber to come back about two weeks ago. He said, did the electrician plug it in, I said yes. So he came and looked and said a pipe wasn't connected right. Finally, this morning he came back and fixed it. Warm air is blowing out of the thing right now.
It has three fan settings; max, min and off. The max sounds like a blow dryer for your hair (I am told by my wife) and the min isn't that noisy. I have yet to see it working, so I go by hearsay. I hope the min setting is enough to keep the kitchen area warm, cause when it is 20 degrees or less, the kitchen never really reaches the set temperature.
