Email, email, email... We just get too many of them. I am struggling with the decision on if I should send out a "Happy Holidays" email to my email list.
I mean, on the one hand, it is a nice gesture but on the other hand, I cannot stand getting all these Happy Holidays emails. I get like 20 each day now, at least the ones that get through my spam filter.
So on one hand, I feel that if I send out a card to my list, I will be contributing to the spam out there.
On the other hand, I feel it is not nice for me to not send out a e-card.
Should I have sent cards in the snail mail? I guess that is even nicer but then you run into the whole green thing. I mean, that piece of paper goes right into the trash and then what?
So should I do it? Take the poll below, that is if you are still around to take the poll and not on your way to your party or family:

I don't think it is worthwhile. A better idea, I think, is to make the effort to do well in the post holiday communication and email clients and vendors with something useful and take that chance to wish them well for 2009.

I prefer Snail Mail. I like to post them on the wall. They usually stay there until about May.
