At the SES show, I ran through the expo hall, and picked up some pens and stuff. Here is a picture of some of those items.
Let's have a little fun with this....
What item in this picture doesn't belong? Comment below. The first to get it right, will win something (not sure what, just yet). The answer is not that easy.

Is it the Search Engine Strategies pen because it isn't a search engine?

FYI, I won't reply until later, as to who is right. So keep guessing...

Ask.com slam on Yahoo! flyer... Even if I am wrong it is a awesome recruiting tactic! I gained a little more respect for Ask.com. I still won't use their SE, but at least they are witty.

Well since Yahoo isn't in the organic search biz anymore, they are out of place :D

If its based on the schwag that wasn't available SES, then I would say the Google pen...

My guess: The table. I don't think they were handing out tables at SES this year ;)

The SES oen since they provide consulting, not an actual search engine.

Has to be the Google Flashlight - in reality they do not want the light pointed at them. The old transparency issue contradicts the lighting the way suggestion of the swag.

BTW if the swag is the prize I will let someone else have it...

Yahoo! Bartz says that Yahoo! is not and was never a search company.

Google is the odd one out. It's the only one with double digit market share!
