Not many people who follow me here and around the web know this about me, but I am a worrier. I blame my mother, who worries about everything and anything. I am not as bad as she is, but I do worry.
Looking back at what you worry about is always somewhat comical. Oh, in High School, I worried about X or Y - how small it feels now that I have a family and run a business.
I know many people who never worry. Maybe they don't show it, but they seem to be incredibly carefree. I personally do not worry about everything, like some people, but I do worry about things.
Are you a worrier? If not, why not?

I try not to worry because "it is what it is" and the only thing I can control is my attitude. :)

I am a worrier too however much I try not to be. My husband says even if I had nothing to worry about I still would!

Im a worrier, too. There's always something to worry about. If you don't have any big problems you can find a lot of small ones :).
I used to be stressed about my job and my projects. Now when I have my own company I still worry but not as much.
My partner always gives me this great advice:
If you have a problem and you can't do anything about it and you're stressed try to think how it will impact (the problem) you in the future. Like in 2 months or 1 year? If it doesn't impact you that much it's not worth your nerves.
Besides I always can't remember things I was worring about a month, ago :).
