Blogging My Life...I am on my way to a client in D.C. This is the first time I am taking Amtrak anywhere, I heard it is the smart way to go from New York to Washington, D.C.
We made it to Trenton, New Jersey and stopped there. I've been sitting in Trenton for almost two hours. My scheduled arrival time is in about 20 minutes. At this point, it makes sense for me to turn around and go back. So why don't I?
I am literally on a bridge over the Delaware river in Trenton, NJ.

Downed wires / power problems. They claim service has no been restored.
Amtrak IS the smart way to go. I usually do not have any problems.

Next time, take Megabus. Their fares are usually about $15, compared to about $115 for Amtrak. Yeah, you read that right. And they aren't "yucky," like some people say, they're pretty nice.
